This 100% baked palm leaf hat is made for summer, featuring a fedora crown and tightly woven pressed palm. The brim measures approximately 12 cm / 4.7". If the hat becomes bent out of shape, it can be easily reshaped using steam, either from a garment steamer (preferable) or an iron (using the steaming function). To flatten the brim, simply steam the under-brim and let it lay on a flat surface overnight or until dry. You can then also steam the top side of the brim and let it sit flat for a further period of time. To fix a dent in the crown, apply steam and use your hands to mould it into the desired shape, then let dry.

Please note that hat features such as straw color and brim width may vary slightly from piece to piece, as these hats are individually handcrafted by artisans, each with its own unique character. Regarding the care instructions, this hat is hand wash only and is of imported origin. The size guide indicates that the Small/Medium size is suitable for 54-57 cm heads, while the Large/X-Large size is suitable for 57.5-60 cm heads.
